first class, i would recommend your survice as second to none.
Service notification on dashboard not reset, still showing "needs a service" (same as last time - need to go back in again). Received text that MOT still due after it had been done.
Take your vehicle in at the appointed time, and the service or what ever needs to be done are completed within the time period given.
Could have offered me a lift home as it was raining when I dropped the car off and I didn't have a courtesy car. There was some confusion about the cost too. I was given different price on the phone to when I dropped the car off.

Took longer than expected , no courtesy car because I didnt hav licence .wasnt told at 1st why I needed steering wheel renewed the person couldn't explain when I was told to take in.

Overall I bought the Mini I wanted, and am very satisfied.
£800 refurb work on an allegedly OK but actually worn or broken turbo. Failure of the same turbo a few weeks later. Car = £6000 (in top condition with working turbo - private sale). Work = £3000. Economic write off and waste of £800 in "refurbs".
Had car in for mot and requested new tyres beforehand but parts were not available on the day.
