Our car passed its mot - but they couldn't check one rear seat belt clip due to our small dog crate still being in the car. When we came to collect the car the service light was still on the dashboards so we had to wait 20 mins to have it taken off.

I asked for a part to be replaced. They decided to try to do a repair instead which has not worked. This was not discussed with me and I now I am faced with having to return the car for more work.

Customer service was brill, but something new broke on my car within 2 hours of getting home. However, Lloyds were brill..collected my car, left me a new one and mine was ready next day, excellent customer service.
