I was promised a suitcase on agreement of the sale but on collection of car basically told I was Lied and made it up by the sales person . Not nice position to be in in middle sales room

Was told the wrong information regarding the warranty manager said he would get back to me and never did. The miss information cost me 180 pounds. To date still waiting for them to get back to me. The work completed was good.

I ordered a complete wing mirror unit. When it arrived, a set of screws were missing and then there was another part missing. Both parts were ordered and collected by myself - This meant me driving 120 miles in 3 round trips to collect spare parts.
