I was promised a suitcase on agreement of the sale but on collection of car basically told I was Lied and made it up by the sales person . Not nice position to be in in middle sales room

The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Kourtney made it very straightforward, time efficient and her product knowledge was excellent. I was genuinely impresssed. Her communication was outstanding and was nothing I can recommend to improve.

I had booked car in for catches to be replaced on rear door. They told me it would take about an hour from booking time. It was several hours before it was ready due to someone changing booking to a drop off and collect later.

Service was dealt with promptly & efficiently. However report of front alloy wheel damage & a small area of damage to off side mirror which would be covered by the insurance I effected through you has not been correctly followed through.
