Friendly staff. Easy to book in - admittedly I don't require a courtesy car because I can walk into town from the garage. As far as I know, work is done to a high standard - I've never had any problems.

Unfortunately due to no fault of the service department who are excellent, my 3,200 one year old mini developed a slight slow speed noise , requiring a new gearbox , no good at all , awaiting repair

Overall service and speed at which the job was slotted in was great ,but my car was scratched in the workshop and obviously not reported by the Tech to a superior .Thankfully I had taken a full video in/out side and photos as proof .

Excellent service. Between the communication. Last minute changes to help accommodate me. Very helpful and clear guidance. The cherry on top is the video sent via the Mini app. Seeing and explaining through a short video is brilliant.

I found it quite difficult to get a phone reply from the service department. I left 3 messages to call me back but ended up checking in online then just asking questions when I took my car in. They apologised and said they were very busy.

My battery went flat. A mechanic came out and started the car at my home then took it to the garage to change the battery. When I picked up the car the following day the car had been valeted.
