Kept up to date throughout the whole process through emails and customer service. This is something I really value and why I chose them they provide the extra personal touch that other dealerships could not match.

Exception - mainly due to Kourtney Skillicorn who was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout including doing the delivery handover on her day off. NB: I explicitly asked for her after a positive experience buying another new MINI in 2024
