I had booked car in for catches to be replaced on rear door. They told me it would take about an hour from booking time. It was several hours before it was ready due to someone changing booking to a drop off and collect later.

I always have an excellent time when visiting. The staff are always helpful and polite. One of the few places I do actually recommend to people.
